Q.  Can I cancel my order?

A.  Please phone or email us as soon as possible to cancel your order. As long as the order has not been despatched, we will refund any payment immediately. If your order has been despatched, please return the order as detailed in our returns policy, for a full refund.

Q.  Can I make changes to my order?

A.  Yes, prior to despatch (so be quick!).  Please phone 01386 872752 to make any changes to your order as soon as possible.  For additions or deletions we will arrange to take an extra payment or make a refund.

Q.  Can I pay for my order over the phone rather than through the website?

A.  Yes please call us. We are able to take all major debit and credit card payments over the phone.
