If you pay us by credit card we guarantee that your confidential card details will be deleted from our system as soon as the transaction has gone through; under no circumstances do we ever retain credit card information on our files.

Quality promise:
If your cards or other products arrive damaged, we will replace them at our cost, without quibble, provided you notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt.  We reserve the right to ask for goods to be returned to us at our cost in such circumstances.  If our products do not reflect the high quality standards described on our site, you can return them to us in their original condition using recorded delivery and we will issue a full refund.
